Greg O'Connor President and CEO, ClearPoint Funding, Inc.
Greg O'Connor is the founder, President, & CEO of ClearPoint Funding, Inc. Prior to ClearPoint Funding, Greg was a founder and CEO of ClearPoint's predecessor Company where he spent the previous 12 years building the business into a boutique mortgage banking and services firm. Greg has built a career in the mortgage industry leveraging his entrepreneurial skills in business process and operational workflow design. ClearPoint Funding was created with a single focus: To uniquely service the mortgage banking needs of today's mortgage professionals on a nationwide basis. |

Patrick Kelly Chief of Staff, ClearPoint Funding, Inc.
Patrick joined the ClearPoint Funding team in 2003. Over the span of this time he has held the positions of Vice President of Finance, Senior Vice President of Operations and Chief of Staff where in such capacities he has been instrumental in driving the strategic and financial business model for the company. Prior to joining ClearPoint Funding, Patrick spent five years in the Venture Capital and Private Equity industries where he managed investments in both early-stage technology companies and established middle-market operating companies. He also spent several years as a strategy consultant for Fortune 1000 companies. Patrick received a BS in economics from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania where he graduated magna cum laude. |

Keith G. Bilodeau Chief Operating Officer, ClearPoint Funding, Inc
Prior to joining ClearPoint Funding, Keith was a SVP & Director, Head of Wholesale Lending for Deutsche Bank's MortgageIT lending platform. Keith joined MortgageIT in 2000 and established the company's first wholesale lending branches, as well as the company's post closing facility in Madison, WI. Keith was responsible for all Wholesale Lending activities for the mortgage origination platform, as well as a key member of the company's Credit Committee. Prior to joining MortgageIT he spent 10 years as VP Regional Manager for CrossLand Mortgage with responsibility for wholesale and retail lending in the Central US. Keith also spent the previous 9 years in Capital Markets for US Bancorp, GE Mortgage and Commonwealth Mortgage managing investor relations, trading and securitization. |

Jeff Olden Chief Financial Officer, ClearPoint Funding, Inc.
Jeff brings over 20 years of experience in financial services. Prior to joining ClearPoint Funding, Jeff served as Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Treasurer for Virgin Money USA. In that role, Jeff was responsible for the company's Finance, Accounting and Risk Management functions. Before joining Virgin Money USA, Jeff held several executive positions in higher education lending, most recently as Vice President of Finance for Goal Financial, LLC. |

Kevin Kennedy Vice President, Capital Markets, ClearPoint Funding, Inc.
Prior to joining ClearPoint Funding, Kevin was Senior Vice President of Capital Markets for Deutsche Bank's MortgageIT lending platform. Kevin was responsible for the day-to-day trading and hedging responsibilities for the MortgageIT loan origination pipeline. This involved the execution of trades for hedging purposes and taking down commitments with the investors to deliver loans under. He was involved in the management of investor relationships and interaction with all departments within the channel to facilitate the fulfillment of those commitments. Kevin has 30 years of experience in the financial services industry with more then 20 years in the secondary/capital markets area. |

Kim Mitchell Lanagan Vice President, National Production, ClearPoint Funding, Inc.
Kim is responsible for recruitment and management of the sales staff in both the retail and wholesale lending channels. In addition she is a member of the company's Credit and Executive Management Committee. Prior to joining ClearPoint Funding, Kim spent a year working for Senderra Funding, Goldman Sachs Mortgage Origination platform. Prior to this, Kim spent 10 years working for New Century Financial as SVP Division manager. During Kim's tenure with New Century, she managed the Northeast Division's Sales Production platform as well as wholesale operations, including underwriting, credit, Account Management and development. Kim started in the Mortgage industry in 1992, at Security Pacific Financial, a Bank of America company, as a branch manager before entering into the wholesale mortgage space in 1996. |

Brett Magun General Counsel, ClearPoint Funding, Inc.
Prior to joining ClearPoint Funding, Brett was General Counsel for Virgin Money USA. In that capacity, Brett served as Corporate Secretary and was responsible for all aspects of corporate governance as well as overseeing the legal and compliance departments. This involved managing multi-state regulatory filings and compliance, and overseeing the corporate risk mitigation initiatives. Brett has over 15 years of legal and financial experience, having previously worked at KPMG and Bear Stearns, both domestically and in Europe. |

Greg Kimball VP of Operations, ClearPoint Funding, Inc.
Greg oversees the day-to-day Lending and Production Operation of ClearPoint Funding. He is primarily responsible for implementing strategic initiatives aimed at increasing production, quality, and service levels. His background includes 15 years of mortgage industry experience in both Retail Sales and Wholesale Operations Management. When not in the office, Greg can be found spending time with his wife and two daughters or at the tennis courts. Greg received a Bachelor's Degree from North Adams State College in North Adams, MA. |

Jayne Schumann Vice President,Credit and Underwriting, ClearPoint Funding, Inc.
Prior to joining ClearPoint Funding, Jayne was the Director of Government Lending for Deutsche Bank's MortgageIT lending platform. Jayne was responsible for managing DE, VA, and RD underwriters including training new government underwriters, developing and administering corporate credit policy, and communicating government guideline changes. Prior to joining MortgageIT, she was the Midwest Region Underwriting Manager for CrossLand Mortgage from 1993 – 2000. Jayne began her mortgage career at VEREX Mortgage Insurance Company in 1981 underwriting Mortgage Revenue Bond and Mortgage Backed Security loans. |
