| Account Executive (in New England, IL, GA, FL, TX, and CA) Responsible for developing and maintaining meaningful long term compliant business relationships (by phone, e-mail etc) with loan officers within the broker channel to maximize the origination of quality mortgage business, following internal documented procedures, the regulatory framework, brand guidelines and timescales. To establish ClearPoint Funding as a mortgage provider of choice by becoming a reputable source for up to date mortgage industry expertise and delivering a seamless customer experience to the broker channel at all stages of the mortgage process. |

| DE Underwriter (location flexible) To examine, review and evaluate the information provided by all parties, assess the customer’s risk profile and make an informed decision whether to offer or decline terms for Clearpoint Funding residential loan products according to the companies underwriting procedures guidelines and timescales. To make recommendations within personal underwriting authority ensuring accurate records are maintained at all times. |
